In the first seven months of 2025, agricultural machinery import and export trade in Beijing embodied the overall strategy of China's agricultural machinery industry: "Imports address shortcomings, exports expand strengths." Imports focused on cutting-edge technologies and core components to meet the needs of domestic industry upgrades; exports leveraged mature manufacturing capabilities and innovative products to actively explore global markets, particularly in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. As a center for headquarters economy and high-end trade, Beijing played a crucial hub role in this process.
It is predicted that by 2025, agricultural machinery exports from Beijing will be characterized by "technology-led, headquarters-driven, and value-added globalization."
Growth Pole: Agricultural drones will spearhead the export of intelligent large and medium-sized agricultural machinery and complete processing equipment.
Core Competitiveness: No longer solely focused on low prices, but rather on comprehensive capabilities in technological innovation, intelligence, and integrated solutions.
Unique Role: As a non-production headquarters center, Beijing will become the "command center" and "trade window" for China's high-end agricultural technology to enter the global market, and its export data and quality will continue to lead the nation.
