Recently, 30 Zoomlion TE100 combine harvesters departed from Wuhu, Anhui Province. They will be transported to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, for delivery to local customers, providing advanced agricultural machinery for the upcoming harvest season.

This delivery marks another significant achievement in the strategic partnership between Zoomlion's intelligent agricultural machinery business and local customers in Ethiopia. Since the strategic partnership was established, the technical teams of both parties have worked closely together to optimize the classic TE100 model for Ethiopia's highland climate and crop characteristics, ensuring its suitability for harvesting wheat and other staple crops.

Ethiopia is Africa's second-most populous country. Agriculture accounts for nearly 40% of its GDP, but the mechanization rate is less than 10%, creating a huge market demand for agricultural machinery. The 30 Zoomlion TE100 combine harvesters delivered this time are expected to cover over 50,000 mu (approximately 16,000 acres) of farmland, directly benefiting over 3,000 smallholder farmers.
