Among them, in terms of agricultural mechanization and intelligence, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has steadily implemented agricultural machinery research and development projects such as intelligent agricultural machinery, hilly agricultural machinery, and agricultural robots in recent years. High-end intelligent agricultural machinery such as 300 horsepower continuously variable speed tractors and 15kg/s feed grain combine harvesters have begun industrial applications. The total number of plant protection drones exceeds 200,000, and the annual operating area exceeds 400 million mu.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs stated that in the next step, it will work with relevant departments to gather advantageous scientific and technological innovation resources from all parties, build an agricultural science and technology innovation system with multi-party participation, resource sharing, and interest linkage. At the same time, it will focus on key areas such as seed industry and agricultural machinery to strengthen scientific research and improve the level of modernization of grain production.

In addition, in terms of new agricultural business entities, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will accelerate the cultivation of new agricultural business entities, vigorously develop agricultural social services, strengthen financial service support, and develop various forms of moderate-scale agricultural operations. First, strengthen the demonstration and leading role of agricultural reclamation enterprises. Deeply implement the large-scale yield increase action of major crops such as agricultural reclamation grain and oil, and the "agricultural reclamation social service + local" action, give full play to the advantages of agricultural machinery, technology, and industrial chain, and strive to stabilize grain production. In 2024, the grain output of agricultural reclamation will exceed 80 billion jin for the first time. Second, cultivate and expand new agricultural business entities. Implement the action to improve new agricultural business entities, guide family farms to operate in a standardized manner, strengthen project funding support, improve guidance services, and summarize and promote typical experiences. As of now, there are 551,000 grain farmers' cooperatives and 1.749 million family farms nationwide. Vigorously develop agricultural social services. There are 1.094 million business entities in the country that provide social services, with an annual service area of more than 2.14 billion mu, of which 1.61 billion mu serves grain crops. Third, strengthen financial support. Optimize and improve the credit express service for agricultural business entities, and help grain business entities increase credit and assist in loans. Guide the national agricultural guarantee system to strengthen support for grain business entities, coordinate banking institutions to innovate and improve more credit products and services that meet the actual needs of grain business entities, vigorously develop credit loans, and provide medium- and long-term loans that meet the grain business cycle.
